Return Policy

For Garments

All Garments are made only when ordered and specific to you making them non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We advise that any slight adjustments needed should be done with your local seamstress.

If a package and garment arrive damaged please get in contact within 14 days of receiving your order to bypreciousseronga@gmail.com.

For Prints

We are not responsible for any loss of your package after it’s been shipped. We are not responsible if the item has been returned because of multiple failed delivery attempts. It is the responsibility of the customer to track their parcel, we recommend providing your phone number at checkout for better communication with the courier (international orders).

Prints are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, if a print arrives damaged and you contact us within 14 days of the parcels arrival you will receive a refund.

Care Guide

For Polyester-

Wash on a delicate machine cycle at 40 °C / 105F. Do not tumble dry. Iron on a low heat not using steam, ironing print side down for best results. Do not iron on top of other polyester fabrics, as the print may transfer. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Line dry.

For Cotton- 

Wash on a delicate machine cycle at 30 °C /85F. Delicate tumble cycle on a low heat. Iron on a medium heat using steam, ironing print side down for best results. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.

Collecting an order

We offer collections for customers living in London, if you prefer not to pay for shipping.

Your item(s) can be collected from Canopy Market, Kings Cross, where we trade atleast once a month.

You will be notified which date(s) are available for pick up when your item(s) are ready.

Please note, garments are made to order, please allow 14-20 working days to create.

The Fabrics

Printed in the United Kingdom by Print Fab limited in a state-of-the-art production facility in Kent. All fabrics are printed using OEKO-TEX Eco Passport certified ink. Digital fabric printing using pigment and dye sublimation printers.
